Senior Associates / Associates (Residential field)
We seek experienced real estate talents who can deliver high quality of services and be effective in helping clients with purchases, sales and leasing. We offer incentive commission scheme to the candidates who are willing to learn, take adventure also fit to following requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Build Strong relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
- Deliver outstanding service in clients seeking properties
- Prepare listing, conduct property inspections, process in negotiation and provide well after sales services
- Source and develop client relationships
- Maintain and update our database
Requirements:
- A passion for excellence in service
- EAA License holder is prefered
- Self-motivated, results oriented and good communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
